What went into Ferrari's latest upgrade package in the United States?

Ferrari turned up at Austin with a very significant upgrade. Lewis Hamilton played it down during his Thursday press conference appearance, saying it was "worth half a tenth", but the scope of the changes suggested otherwise.
There were significant changes to the floor body, the floor boards, the sidepod/undercut and the diffuser. Although the general aim of the package has been to boost the rear end downforce, Ferrari claim it has also given increased load directly on the front of the floor.
