Max Verstappen was left with egg on his face ahead of the Hungarian Grand Prix, as he slithered off the track in wet conditions while making his way to the grid.
His car devoid of a front wing and suffering damage to its left-front corner, the Dutchman managed to limp to the grid, where his Red Bull team immediately descended on the car.
A remarkable quick fix later and Verstappen took the start, climbing from P7 on the grid to P2 at the chequered flag. See how the amazing scenes played out in the video above...
