There were emotional scenes at Silverstone on Sunday as Lewis Hamilton secured a record ninth British Grand Prix victory – his first win in two-and-a-half years.
The British racer had never had such a long win-drought in his Formula 1 career, but broke his duck in sensational fashion at his home track, in what was his final Silverstone appearance for Mercedes before he leaves for Ferrari.
