Silverstone – where it all began: A look at what makes F1’s very first race track so special
The very first Formula 1 World Championship Grand Prix took place at Silverstone 70 years ago this year.
The sport is celebrating that milestone with the 70th Anniversary Grand Prix at the track today, and ahead of the race F1's digital presenter Will Buxton has narrated the video above – a short guide to the enduring corners which have made Silverstone a circuit like no other.
