BRITISH GP HIGHLIGHTS: Watch all the drama, intrigue and controversy from a spectacular race at Silverstone

The British Grand Prix had drama aplenty from the get-go, as Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen touched on the very first lap, with the Dutchman spinning out of the race as a result in what was a very high speed crash at Copse Corner.

The Red Bull racer climbed out of his car and was later taken to hospital for precautionary checks, while Hamilton was able to keep going, and – despite being given a 10 second time penalty for the collision – ultimately take the victory after passing Ferrari's Charles Leclerc with just two laps remaining.

It was a dramatic start to the race in the blazing sun at Silverstone, which had a home crowd-pleasing finish when Hamilton hunted down the scarlet Ferrari of Leclerc to seal his eighth British GP victory.
