Palmer’s pre-season pecking order: Who’s looking good for 2025 after winter testing?


Another pre-season has come and gone by in a flash and the teams are headed off to Melbourne for the first race of the year. Here are my testing standouts – and what to watch out for next weekend in Australia…
Having covered pre-season testing for six years now, I’d say this one was in many ways the most routine, with a lot of things relatively unchanged from where we left off in Abu Dhabi. The cars are now in their final year of this set of regulations and as such we didn’t see any of the jaw dropping innovation that we’ve come used to in pre-seasons of years gone by.
