PALMER: Did Piastri deserve his 10-second penalty in Sao Paulo?

I think Oscar Piastri was hard done by when he was handed his 10-second penalty in Brazil, as the stewards rigidly followed their guidelines. I can see how the stewards came to their conclusion – but as I said in commentary, to me this was a racing incident.
Oscar had a run on both Kimi Antonelli and Charles Leclerc at the Lap 5 Safety Car restart, after the Italian had a moment of wheel spin when he jumped on the gas.
That allowed both pursuing drivers the chance to swamp him. Leclerc went for the outside and Piastri went for the inside.
