Pirelli have revealed the individual tyre selections for each driver ahead of the upcoming Formula 1 Gran Premio de Mexico 2016, with world champions Mercedes selecting the most even split of compound choices of any team.
The Italian manufacturer is providing its white-marked medium, yellow-marked soft and red-marked supersoft compounds for the Mexico City race, at the spectacular Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez.
Mercedes’ 13-set selection for Lewis Hamilton comprises five sets of the quickest supersoft tyre, five of the soft, and three of the most durable medium. Team mate Nico Rosberg has gone a similar route with five supersofts, four softs and four mediums.
At the other end of the spectrum, Toro Rosso have been the most aggressive on their choices, with both Daniil Kvyat and Carlos Sainz opting for eight sets of supersofts, three sets of softs and just two sets of mediums.
The full selections for the October 28-30 event are detailed below.
