On Wednesday we were treated to thrillers in Portimao and Zandvoort, but now it's the turn of Austin to host Round 9 of the F1 Esports Pro Championship.
Lucas Blakeley took the lead in the drivers’ championship of this thrilling 2021 F1 Esports Series Pro Championship presented by Aramco season, having won Round 7 and finished third behind Frederik Rasmussen and winner Dani Moreno in Round 8.
Blakeley now leads the drivers’ championship with 127 points, heading Jarno Opmeer on 115 points, and Rasmussen on 114. Mercedes broke away from Red Bull in the teams’ championship, on 191 points to 179 heading to today's race at Circuit of The Americas, Austin.
