HIGHLIGHTS: Catch up on all the action from final practice for the Italian Grand Prix
With the F1 Sprint format returning this weekend at Monza, the drivers had just two practice sessions to hone their cars for the 18-lap Saturday afternoon dash, and the Italian Grand Prix itself on Sunday.
And their running was interrupted midway through second practice on Saturday when Carlos Sainz had a heavy crash at the Ascari chicane which caused a 10-minute stoppage while his damaged Ferrari was cleared from the track.
Once running resumed, it was Lewis Hamilton who went quickest, followed by his Mercedes team mate Valtteri Bottas, and title rival Max Verstappen.
