F2: Duerksen takes final win of 2025 as Invicta Racing retain Teams’ title
The final F2 race of 2025 in Abu Dhabi has seen Joshua Duerksen claim victory.

Joshua Duerksen claimed victory in the Yas Marina Feature Race for AIX Racing for the second season running.
The Paraguayan started from eighth on the grid, and as was the case in 2024, fought through the pack to the top step of the podium in Abu Dhabi.
Roman Stanek claimed P2 on the podium for Invicta Racing, helping the British outfit retain the FIA Formula 2 Teams’ Championship title. Invicta is just the second team to successfully defend the crown following PREMA Racing’s back-to-back successes in 2020 and 2021.
Gabriele Minì was on the podium for the Italian team after a five-second time penalty for speeding in the pit lane dropped Dino Beganovic from second to fourth. The Hitech TGR driver had finished second on the road but missed out on a podium by just 0.2s to Minì with the penalty applied.
MP Motorsport’s Oliver Goethe was fifth as he continued his strong late-season form ahead of Rafael Villagomez for Van Amersfoort Racing. Kush Maini and Ritomo Miyata followed in seventh and eighth places respectively.
F1-bound Arvid Lindblad was able to recover to ninth after an ill-timed Safety Car meant his alternative strategy was nullified.
A 10-second stop/go penalty for Jak Crawford didn’t prevent the American from claiming the final point of the season, as he secured the runner-up spot in the Drivers’ Championship with P10 on Sunday.
