Dobson, who hails from Milwaukee in the US, began competing in open-wheel racing in 2023 in the Formula 4 US Championship and was awarded a Parella Motorsports Holdings Powering Diversity Scholarship, alongside racing in the USF Juniors and USF2000.
Venturing over to Europe for a two-round appearance in the GB4 Championship the following year, 2025 has seen Dobson return for a full campaign, with her scoring points across the first two rounds in Donington Park and Silverstone.

In addition to supporting Dobson in Miami, Morgan Stanley will throughout the season reaffirm their commitment to invest and champion women’s sports through activations at key races. Programming will include events with The Female Quotient and client-focused curated hospitality within the F1 ACADEMY Paddock Club suite and behind-the-scenes experiences.
