As the Italian teenager celebrated joining the F1 honours board, I couldn't help but wonder who would follow him to become the 117th winner? Let’s have a look at the contenders…

The state of play:
Hadjar has already out-qualified Max Verstappen twice in three races, and qualified third on the grid for the season opener in Melbourne. Encouragingly, the Paris-born driver seems to have none of his predecessors’ issues with keeping pace in the second Red Bull. On the downside, Red Bull have slipped back into the midfield.
