HIGHLIGHTS: Watch the action from the third practice session at the Dutch Grand Prix
Charles Leclerc picked up where he left off in FP2, by setting the fastest time of the third practice session at the Dutch Grand Prix, ahead of qualifying at Zandvoort.
On the soft tyre, Leclerc set a time of 1m 11.632s to lead the Mercedes of George Russell by 0.066s, with Max Verstappen 0.161s behind the Monegasque driver in third, ahead of the second Ferrari of Carlos Sainz in fourth.
Lewis Hamilton was fifth fastest – although he was affected by traffic in the form of Yuki Tsunoda – ahead of Sergio Perez in sixth and Fernando Alonso in seventh. It was a better session for Mick Schumacher, who was ninth quickest overall, behind Sebastian Vettel in eighth and ahead of Lando Norris in 10th.
FP3: Leclerc leads Russell and Verstappen in close-cut final session at Zandvoort
There were no red flags in the session, although we did see Pierre Gasly have a moment at Turn 9 as he ran wide on to the grass, hitting a brake marker board.
