HIGHLIGHTS: Watch all the action from a brilliantly chaotic Tuscan Grand Prix
Two red flags, three standing starts, two multi-car crashes, plenty of overtakes and a maiden podium finish made for a superbly entertaining first ever Tuscan Grand Prix at Mugello.
The action started just as soon as the lights went out, with Max Verstappen and Pierre Gasly eliminated on the very first lap after a multi-car incident at Turn 2.
RACE REPORT: Hamilton beats Bottas to win crazy Tuscan GP, as Albon secures maiden podium
A Safety Car was triggered by that crash, but when it was brought back in, there was immediately drama again when four drivers collided on the pit straight and were out of the race on the spot.
The red flags came out as the Grand Prix was stopped for the first time. It was stopped again on Lap 42 when Lance Stroll speared off the track and into the barrier at Arrabbiata 2, with the Racing Point driver blaming either a puncture or suspension failure.
After all that, Lewis Hamilton negotiated the chaos to win from Mercedes team mate Valtteri Bottas, with Red Bull's Alex Albon taking third for his maiden podium finish in F1.
